股神也賠錢

投資之神巴菲特(Warren Buffett))在給股東的年報裡報告到他的投資公司波克夏(Berkshire Hathaway)去年的收入跌了62%，股本淨值(book value)則是他1965年掌權以來第二次下跌，公司股票從2007年最高點14800美金跌到每股78600美金(天啊，他的公司就算股價腰斬，我還是連一股都買不起~~~)。他坦承自己做錯了決定，也譴責整個經濟大環境(chided himself and the business world at large)，不過最重要的是他手上還有250億美金並且持續享有優先權購買好公司的股票及債券，元氣一點也沒傷到。巴菲特在年報裡譴責衍生性金融商品(derivatives)和房貸相關的各種債券(mortgage-related securities)，這些東西一點也不實際，只是單純建立在歷史、數學模型上，才會造成現在這麼大的災害。
